Returns and defective products

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or dirty, or is different from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will immediately return or exchange the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.

If there is any damage or other accident during delivery, please contact us. We will send a new product as soon as possible, and we will cover both shipping and handling fees. In that case, the person in charge at the shipping company may contact you directly. However, we may not be able to exchange products that are out of stock.

If you wish to return an item for your own reasons (except for damage or soiling of the item), we will accept the return if you notify us of your intention to return the item within 5 days.
