OMBRE CLAIRE is a jewelry brand launched by French designer Aude Duru. Aude Duru frequently visited South Africa and Niger as a child, and was inspired to create by the fact that everything in the lives of the Tuareg people there is meaningful. Wanting to make everything he sees, experiences, and does meaningful, he spends about half the year in Africa, where he handcrafts everything from material processing to finishing.
