When the wall came down, all of his plans for life under socialism were wiped out. While pondering what to do next, he became attracted to an American bicycle messenger he saw on television at the age of 20. I felt that this was a good idea, so I and a friend started Germany's first messenger service. At the time, the company used messenger bags imported from the United States, but they began making their own original bags by copying what they saw. These bags addressed the problems with existing bags and became popular among professional messengers. Bagjack was founded 22 years ago. Although the company continues to make custom bags for professional messengers, its flexibility in trying different materials and designs has been recognized, and its products are also sold in select shops around the world as fashion bags. The reason for its enduring popularity is that, regardless of the design or material, they never compromise on the standards that allow professional messengers to use their products as work tools. In addition to its own bag brand, the company also designs and provides production guidance for Stone Island bags, develops bags and accessories for the Hollywood film industry, develops equipment for the German government and military's SP and special forces, and designs bags for several listed German companies, highlighting its role as an industrial design studio. Although Bagjack products are certainly appreciated in Japan and several other Asian countries, they are still produced in the German capital of Berlin. Although this can make them expensive, there is no denying that the German market lacks the production capacity to meet market demand. Therefore, we decided to launch a brand in collaboration with a trusted partner for the production of bags. BAICYCLON by Bagjack is a capsule collection that was put together in consultation with the German side, starting from the base fabric specifications, and retains the functionality and DNA of Bagjack while remaining affordable.
